Eric Bauer
Eric Bauer currently serves as Executive Vice President Strategy, Real Estate, Technology and Chief Financial Officer for Gap Brand, a division of Gap Inc. He previously served for three years as CFO for Banana Republic. His current responsibilities most operational dimension of the Gap North American business include all traditional financial and reporting functions, inventory planning, procurement, real estate and asset management, construction, information technology, and brand strategy / business development, as well as general management of the entire Canada market. During his tenure, the organization has dramatically evolved its business model in areas including product and target customer, store experience, inventory management, and financial architecture.
Prior to his tenure at Gap Inc., Mr. Bauer was the CFO of Tickets.com, a publicly held ticketing services and software technology provider for live-event venues. Prior to that, he held senior level finance and strategy roles at Choice Hotels International, PepsiCo, BearingPoint Consulting and several European banking institutions.
He received his MBA from Georgetown University and his BA in Economics from UCLA.
Gail Britton
Gail Britton served as the National Director of College Democrats from 1989 to 1992 and then was recruited to create White House Internship Program after President Clinton was elected. The internship program thrives today giving hundreds of young people every year a unique experience and the opportunity to provide worthy service at the epicenter of government. After setting up the intern program and directing it through its inaugural year, Ms. Britton was appointed Deputy Director of the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships, the nation’s premier public policy leadership program. Ms. Britton helped manage both the rigorous national selection process and the Fellows’ year-long experience of service at the highest levels of government.
In 2006, Ms. Britton managed an educational fund-raising trek through Tanzania for the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, which included recruiting the participation of high-end donors, organizing site visits to Pediatric AIDS-funded projects in Tanzania, and supervising all aspects of the trek.
Ms. Britton received her Bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University. She is active in both New York and national politics, and continues to mentor many former interns and White House Fellows.
Anne Marie Burgoyne
Anne Marie Burgoyne is the Portfolio Director at Draper Richards Foundation where she is responsible for identifying and supporting Draper Richards Fellows and creating infrastructure for the support of the Fellows and their organizations.
Before joining Draper Richards, Anne Marie was the Executive Director of United Cerebral Palsy of the Golden Gate where she undertook a successful financial and operational turn-around and program merger. Prior, Anne Marie was a Roberts Enterprise Development Fund Farber Fellow at Community Gatepath, a non-profit that provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. During her time with the agency, she doubled the capacity of the children’s center and grew the agency’s client-staffed business enterprises. Before entering the non-profit arena, Anne Marie was the Vice President of Service at Digital Impact, a publicly-traded email marketing company, and an Associate at Robertson Stephens, where she did investment banking with emerging market clients.
Anne Marie received her Master of Business Administration and Public Management Program certificate from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and was selected by her peers as the recipient of the Ernest C. Arbuckle Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and its Wharton School, respectively.
Zach Clayton
Zach Clayton is an entrepreneur interested in media, technology, and politics. He currently works at McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm that advises leading companies on issues of strategy, organization, technology, and operations.
Zach is the founder of Three Ships Media, an emerging media marketing firm with expertise in brand monitoring, content creation, online public relations, and metrics. In 2006, Zach founded New Media Campaigns, a technology and online marketing company based in North Carolina. As President of New Media Campaigns, Zach guided the company from inception through the launch of Epicenter One, a proprietary software platform for online marketing. Today, the company serves over 200 clients in 20 different states and has released several software products. Zach serves as Chairman of the Board of Three Ships Media and New Media Campaigns. He is also involved in other early-stage technology and media ventures.
Previously, Zach was a partner in The Resources Group, a public affairs firm. He created advertising campaigns and managed strategic communications for corporate and political clients. Zach has written for The Hotline, authored two books, and appeared on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News.
Zach holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from UNC Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ann MacDougall
As Chief Management Officer at Acumen Fund, a non-profit global venture fund, Ann manages core operating activities and is a member of its management committee.
Before joining Acumen Fund, Ann MacDougall spent 17 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in various senior roles. Most recently she lived in Paris and held the role of Global Deputy General Counsel. Prior to that, she was US General Counsel and a member of that firm’s ten person management committee. Before PwC, Ann worked at US West and the NYC law firm of Sage Gray Todd & Sims.
Ann holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University.
